Next Meeting, Tuesday, May 15
A busy day planned for Tuesday. We will continue to work on calendaring, focusing on weekend outings. It is important for older, more experienced scouts to attend. They have practical experience with a lot of different outings and will be valuable in helping drive the program for next year.
There will also be work on Advancement as time allows.
There will also be a short OA discussion at the end of the meeting for those that are Order of the Arrow candidates.
We will also be holding 3 Eagle Board of Reviews. It is important that we start on time. Thanks to all that have volunteered to help. Volunteers look for a separate email related to the schedule.
Summer Camp - IMPORTANT
Summer camp will be here in a month and Medical Forms are required to attend.
Ms. Heverly is collecting physical forms for summer camp. They are due by May 30th along with other paperwork that is due. For questions, please see Ms. Heverly.
Mr. Kravchenko will also be collecting payments for summer camp. You should have received a PayPal invoice. You can pay via that link or Mr. Kravchenko on Tuesday.
