Our next regular meeting is tomorrow. June 18 , 7 PM @ Christ Church Cranbrook. New Scouts will work on Scout/Tenderfoot requirements and prep for summer camp, older Scouts will work on merit badge prerequisites.

A couple of announcements from Mr. Krueger:
Summer camp forms - it's imperative that you drop off all of your camp forms at Tuesday's troop meeting.
- Scouts require a physical form, copy of front/back of health insurance card, medication form, and camper release form.
- Adults require a physical form, copy of front/back of health insurance card, and your DHS clearance form.
Summer camp merit badge prerequisites - for all but the new Scouts, it's important that you review the attached PDFs.
One includes a list of which Scouts signed up for merit badges that have prerequisites.
The other PDF includes a list of all of the merit badges that each Scout signed up for.
As a reminder, a prerequisite is a merit badge requirement that should be completed before summer camp.
Camp Rotary summer camp final details - watch for an email later this week with final details on the departure time, car pool,
etc.
Summer camp swim practice - Thursday, June 20th - we'll meet at the Bloomfield Hills Swim Club at 7:00 pm.
During this optional practice, Scouts will practice their swim strokes, including the elementary backstroke.
Note: This practice is highly recommended for new Scouts. All are welcome to stay after swim practice to goof off and have fun.
When checking in, let them know you're with Boy Scout Troop 1005.

Old merit badge books / old uniforms - if you'd like to donate any merit badge books, uniform shirts, pants or troop t-shirts
that you're no longer using, please bring them to the 6/11 or 6/18 troop meeting. We'll make them available to our troop members.
The merit badge books will be added to our troop library.
